18+ baseline, deposit limits and self-exclusion

The rs9 app surfaces the responsible-use controls inside the account menu. Here is what is available before you install.

Age and eligibility

18+, India

rs9 is restricted to adults aged 18 and over. The age gate runs on every fresh sign-in. Fantasy contests, sports stakes and paid game entries depend on local law and may be restricted in your state.

State-wise restrictions apply. Where a state restricts paid fantasy or sports entries, the rs9 lobby disables paid entry for that state while remaining installed.

Controls

Deposit limits, time-out and self-exclusion

The account menu in rs9 exposes three controls: daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits; a session time-out that closes the lobby; and a self-exclusion option that locks the account for the selected period.

Once a self-exclusion is set, the same account cannot be re-opened for the chosen period. Re-opening requires the support process described at /contact/.

Confirm your age

rs9 is 18+. Verify the same before you sign in.

Set a deposit limit

Open the account menu, choose Limits and set a daily deposit ceiling.

Set a session time-out

A 30-minute or 60-minute session reminder closes the lobby automatically.

Use the read-only ledger

The transaction history is read-only. Use it to review stakes, deposits and withdrawals.

Reach out early

If play feels out of control, the support team can trigger a temporary lock.
